7-Day Return Policy
Eligibility: You can return products within 7 days of receiving your order if there is a manufacturing defect.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in
its original packaging.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [contact email/phone number] within 7 days
of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the defect. We may request photos or videos
to assess the issue.

Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Please ensure the product
is securely packaged to avoid any damage during shipping.

Replacement or Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
of your return. If approved, we will either replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method, depending
on your preference.

Important Notes
Non-Eligible Returns: Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be covered by us in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Custom Products: Custom or personalized products are not eligible for returns unless they have a manufacturing defect.
